In September, we held a training session on “Writing and Nonconformity Management” with SGS Academy, a benchmark in the training of quality auditors.
Participants learned concepts, techniques and tools to improve written communication and the management of nonconformities.
The training was given by Professor Osvaldo Pereira da Silva Júnior, Executive Academic Coordinator at SGS Academy.
In addition, there were moments of interaction, exchange of experiences and constructive feedback.
