ENGEMASA forgery shares the same steel work structure as the foundry and has capacity to forge round and square profile bars of up to 4 meters long and up to 120 millimeters of finished diameter or edge. It is also possible to produce forged “blanks”. We can supply rough finished forged material or machined bars.
ENGEMASA’s casting parts are produced in accordance with the most modern foundry process. From 0.5 Kg to 2 500 Kg of “clean” piece, the pieces are produced according to the most rigorous chemical composition control, heat treatments required to provide suitable metallographic structure, dimensional check-up, destructive tests and magnetic particle testing, fluid penetrant, ultrasound, gammagraphy.

Since its foundation, Engemasa has searched for developing materials of the highest added value and with excellent performance as regards oxidation, carburizing and highly abrasive media. With a complete domain of the technology and with a team formed by experts, Engemasa has a vast experience and deep knowledge on special alloys and super alloys resistant to high temperatures.
In its facilities, ENGEMASA has a Machining Division, which is provided with Conventional and Vertical Lathes, Boring Machines, and CNC Machining Centers. All equipment with device availability for tool set-up and dimensional controls of the highest standard, among other machines.
