Engemasa starts another partnership to supply cast an machined parts for a french company that has a vast expertise in manufacturing ovens for ethylene production units.
This supply sums arround 44.000 kg of curves, tube holders and “chrismas tree” type tube holders cast in refractory steels: ASTM A351 Gr. CT15C, ASTM A351 Gr. HK40 e ASTM A297 Gr. HF for convection ovens manufacturing. Due to the criticality of this application, all parts undergo rigorous non-destructive testing to ensure sanity and high quality, such ass: visual inspection, penetrating liquid inspection, gamography inspection (RX), hydrostatic tests and dimensional inspection.
