La forja de ENGEMASA comparte de la misma estructura de acer\u00eda de la fundici\u00f3n y tienen posibilidad de forjar barras de perfil redondo y cuadrado de hasta 4 metros de cumplimiento y de hasta 120 mil\u00edmetros de di\u00e1metro o arista acabado, siendo posible tambi\u00e9n la producci\u00f3n de “blanks” forjados. Podemos suministrar material con acabado bruto de forja o barras mecanizadas.<\/p>\n

Las piezas se producen dentro del m\u00e1s riguroso control de composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos necesarios para conferir la adecuada estructura metalogr\u00e1fica, examen dimensional, pruebas destructivas y ensayos por part\u00edculas magn\u00e9ticas, l\u00edquido penetrante, ultrasonido, gammagraf\u00eda.<\/p>\n
